The shoe compartment is a small miracle.

Yes. Both the Cargo Pack 32 and Day Pack 22 are sized to fit within major US and international carry-on and personal-item limits, including United, Delta, American, Lufthansa, ANA and JAL. The Cargo 32 fits overhead; the Day Pack 22 fits under-seat.
If any KORE pack fails from a materials or manufacturing defect — a blown seam, snapped buckle, failed zipper — we repair or replace it for the original owner, for the life of the bag. Wear from use, cosmetic scuffs and airline damage aren't covered, but we still fix a lot of those on goodwill.
The Cargo Pack 32 has a padded, false-bottom sleeve that fits laptops up to 16" (including the 2024 M3 MacBook Pro). The Day Pack 22 fits up to a 15" laptop — a 14" MacBook Pro slides in with room for a slim charger.
Spot-clean with lukewarm water and a soft brush. Empty the pack, invert the liner, and hand wash panels one at a time with a mild soap. Never machine wash — the DWR coating and internal foams don't survive it.
